Okay, I know it seems like I have a few bones to pick with food delivery drivers, but really I think my rant this time is justified! There are many drivers who are going on Tik Tok to complain about the customers who don't want to come downstairs from apartments to get their food. They refuse to bring it to their doors, and will just eat it or throw it out when the time limit expires. Now, I don't know if that's just pure laziness, but isn't it in the job description to deliver the food? On Youtube there are many trends and videos that are interesting, exciting and adventurous. But mukbangs don't fall in any of those categories for me! I came across the trend recently, and let me say I can definitely take a hard pass on mukbangs! It's just not an appealing way for me to spend my onscreen time on. Warning: I will be talking about highly sensitive crimes involving minors, although I do not go into specifics. There is a recent documentary about Jimmy Savile, a British entertainer and celebrity, who after his death was found to have committed pretty horrible crimes. But there had been rumors for years about his behavior. Why wasn't he stopped sooner? In this episode I discuss how it seems that being a celebrity often means you can get away with crime. A nurse, RaDonda Vaught was recently convicted of Negligent Homicide for making a terrible medication error that lead to a patient's death in 2017. There is a lot of controversy over the fact that she was even prosecuted in the first place. Many nurses feel that this case sets a bad precedent. Errors happen because we are human, now they have to think twice before they can give patients the care they need. But is this case really that cut and dry? Or does it point to a healthcare professional who cut one too many corners?
