In this day and age there are enough examples of bad behavior to go around. This is one time when someone took the time to try to give a positive message to some kids who probably needed to hear it. It seems that Hannah Gutierrez Reed has been sentenced for the Involuntary Manslaughter confiction she got. It didn't really go well for her, mostly because of her own words! In NYC, Manhattan specifically, there will be congestion pricing instituted. Driving into lower Manhattan will cost $15 per vehicle.
