Show Notes-Episode #030

In recent years, Ford announced that they would no longer make sedans, and would focus on SUVs. It probably doesn’t sound like a big deal, but to me it was devastating!

You see, I love sedans! I currently drive a Fusion, and it is one of my favorite cars! I have driven SUVs, and they do have some good points. But with this news, it means I don’t have a choice if I plan on staying with Ford. And I want to, but it’s gonna be a tough decision.

I really don’t need a big, bulky SUV. I don’t have a large family that needs to fit in my car. So for me, the sedan is perfect. And I’m happy with Ford. I didn’t really plan on switching dealers, but it seems I may have to. Or, I’m going to have to get on the SUV bandwagon.

In this episode, I really just talk about how peeved I am to have to make this choice when I’m ready to buy. I would have liked to stay with the same make and model because I’m happy with it! But now I’m trying to embrace an SUV. I know it’s popular, and probably more cost efficient to make, but I wish Ford were keeping something other than the Mustang!

A lot of people really don’t even care, I know. As long as you have a car, it doesn’t matter. But it’s just something that does bother me. At least I have time to think about it. Keep my brand loyalty, or jump ship and stick with a sedan. It’s a tough choice for me! What would you do? Drop a comment and let me know!
